Did someone say TAEKWON-DISCO?
Yes, I did. The 80's disco was one of highlights of my lockdown. I couldn't believe how many people got dressed up and tuned in for 30 minutes of cheesy tunes, shadow sparring, burpees and more. It feels right that after all that technical work, we let loose and work up a sweat.
