Yes, we are back on Zoom for two nights only. Let's finish 2021 the only way we know how - by working up a sweat and enjoying some cheesy tunes. Zoom log-in details will only be sent out to those who have booked, so please book in advance. (Keep reading for how to book)
During last year's lockdown we had so much fun training online, keeping our spirits up with fast-paced workouts for all ages and abilities. Two of our favourite events were KICKMAS and the TAEKWON-DISCOS, so it makes sense that we bring those back for a second round.
These sessions are open to all our members: beginners, black belts, children, adults... everyone.
Up first is KICKMAS! on Monday the 20th December at 6pm. During this workout we try to complete the year in reps. That means we'll be attempting 2021 kicks, blocks, punches and exercises. Yes, it's hard work, but you'll feel a huge sence of achievement when we finish. This workout should take approx. 1h.
Next, it's the TAEKWON-DISCO: CHRISTMAS EDITION on Wednesday the 22nd December at 6pm. We'll get the festive tunes on and work up a sweat. If you want an idea of what we get up to, visit my instagram and check out the highlights from the first time we tried this. This workout is approx. 30 min.
You will need: A safe space to train in where you won't slip or kick any furniture, a bottle of water, access to Zoom, and suitable workout clothing.
Child safety: Children whould always have an adult in the room with them. The log in details will only be shared with those who have booked to attend. You don't have to have your camera on - but it is lovely when I can see you too and give you a shout out when I see you working hard.
Cost: It's £3 per household per class, or you can do both classes for £5.
How to book: Transfer either £3 or £5 to the usual club account with reference (NAME)KICKMAS, (NAME)DISCO or (NAME)BOTH. I'll add you to the register and send the log-in details on the morning of the event.
